These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") are applicable to all participants ("Participants") attending the WIIRE Retreat in Hurricane, UT aka Zion National Park (the "Retreat"), organized by WIIRE Retreats ("We," "Us," or "Our"). By registering for the Retreat, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

1. Payment and Registration:
1.1. Payment for the Retreat is required at the time of registration.

1.2. You may not attend the Retreat without a valid and confirmed registration.

2. Refunds:
2.1. All payments for the Retreat are non-refundable.
2.2. In the event that you are unable to attend the Retreat, you have the option to transfer your registration to another individual, provided that you notify us in writing at least 30 days before the Retreat start date. A transfer fee may apply.

3. Accommodations:
3.1. By default, Retreat accommodations include shared rooms and bathrooms, unless you have specifically requested and paid for a private room during the registration process.
3.2. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate roommate preferences; however, we cannot guarantee that your requested preferences will always be met. Room assignments are at our discretion.
3.3. If you choose to share accommodations with another Participant, you agree to be respectful of their privacy and personal space.

4. Code of Conduct:
4.1. All Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and considerate manner towards each other and Retreat staff.
4.2. Any disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior may result in your removal from the Retreat without a refund.

5. Liability and Assumption of Risk:
5.1. Participation in the Retreat may involve physical activities, and we do not assume any responsibility for injuries or health-related issues that may occur during the Retreat.
5.2. You understand that participation in the Retreat is voluntary, and you assume all risks associated with your attendance.

6. Changes to the Retreat:
6.1. We reserve the right to make changes to the Retreat schedule, activities, and accommodations as necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify Participants of any significant changes in advance.

7. Media Release:
7.1. By attending the Retreat, you grant us the right to use your image, likeness, and voice in any photographs, videos, or other promotional materials related to the Retreat without compensation.

8. Privacy and Data Use:
8.1. We will collect and use personal information provided by Participants in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing Law:
9.1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, and any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Utah.

By registering for the WIIRE Retreat, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. Failure to adhere to these Terms may result in your removal from the Retreat without a refund.
